It is composed of an operating handle, a rotator, a rotary shaft rocker mechanism, a linkage mechanism, a push-pull flexible shaft and a throttle flexible shaft.
The integral flexible shaft control system controls the forward and reverse rotation of the mixing drum and the accelerator through the flexible shaft controller installed on the background of the subframe. It is composed of flexible shaft assembly, U-shaped clamp, adjusting rod, auxiliary support and push-pull shaft support.
A mechanical limit is set in the backstage mechanical operation system to control the stroke of the oil pump control valve. Within the stroke range of mechanical operation, the operation is fixed on the positioning hole by setting steel balls and springs. There are five gears in total: two mixing gears, two unloading gears and one neutral gear.
The rotation speed of the mixing drum can be controlled steplessly between the gears.
The operating system mainly controls the rotation direction and speed of the mixing drum.
The control system can control five working states of the mixing drum:
Feeding: the mixing drum rotates forward at a speed of 6-14r/min;
Agitation: the mixing cylinder rotates in a positive direction, with a rotating speed of 0~6r/min;
Unloading: the mixing drum reverses at a speed of 0~6r/min;
High speed unloading: the mixing drum reverses at a speed of 6-14r/min;
Stop: the mixing drum is still.
